Refund policy

We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our stuffs! So please reach out if you’re needing assistance.
PRIVA does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.

International Shipping 

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order  and we contact via mail for international shipping charges.

2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

3. We use Delhivery, Fedex and UPS courier service for shipping.

4. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
